Runtz Killa (Strain Review)

This cannabis flower was purchased at New Millenium dispensary in Eugene, OR in mid-July 2022

What we know:  Nothing. There’s a couple mentions out there but nothing as to the lineage or effects. I reached out to the grower, and they told me this is an different phenotype of the original Runtz strain.

First Dose: Small dose (.04g smoked in a glass pipe – about one solid hit, held in for 5 seconds)
After a couple minutes I start feeling activated in the head and things start feeling soft and groovy. My whole body starts relaxing and buzzing. Aaahh… I feel bit dumber but still pretty functional. At fifteen minutes in I’m feeling a lot of classic “stoney” elements but also aware and in the moment. Maybe a bit aroused. Yeah I think this one is suited to sensory indulgence. The body buzz is almost narcotic. I’m enjoying it a lot. At the 30 minute mark I start getting pretty heavily disoriented as the buzz increases and gets trippy. Whoa. This sort of feels like a low dose of mushrooms. I feel like I can close my eyes and easily loose myself. Definitely more out of it. But still I’m able to enjoy some internetting. I’m still pretty groovy at the hour mark but getting a bit drowsy and yawning a bit. This is probably best for the evening when you don’t have important things to do. I’m still able to get some simple cooking done in the kitchen while enjoying a podcast. At the 90 minute mark things have calmed down but I’m still in a groovy space. I enjoy watching TV for a while longer before falling asleep.

Final Thoughts: Whoa, hell yeah! This one is pretty awesome, groovy, narcotic, a little psychedelic. Definitely puts you in another place. You can get simple tasks done, but I’d say this is more of a relax-and-enjoy-life strain than a get-stuff-done kind of strain.
